The Utah Leadership Academy, or VOICES, was started in 2007 and is coordinated through the Utah Personnel Development Center. VOICES (Validating Organizational & Individual Competence & Excellence in Special Education) is focused on developing leadership skills that assist administrators in narrowing the achievement gap for students with disabilities. Both the operational and the management side of special education.
